LearnAllNow offers interactive coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars designed to support your personal growth. Session schedules are subject to availability.

4. Info Products

Our digital courses, e-books, and video tutorials are delivered electronically and are accessible upon purchase. Due to the electronic nature of these items, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once access is granted.

5. Goods

We also provide physical workbooks and journals. If you receive a defective item, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery. To request a replacement, please use the contact form. Items sent back must be shipped to LearnAllNow at 24 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON K1M 1M4, Canada and are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective. No replacements are provided after 30 days from delivery.

6. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. The following provisions apply to refund requests:

• Coaching and Live Sessions: To reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours before the session via the contact form. If timely notice is provided, your payment may be applied to a future session. Requests received later will result in loss of session fees and are not refundable.
• Digital Products: All digital content sales are final. No refunds are available after purchase and access.
• Physical Merchandise: Unused items in original packaging are refundable within 14 days of delivery. To request a refund, submit a request through the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Items sent back must be shipped to LearnAllNow at 24 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON K1M 1M4, Canada and are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice via the contact form. Late requests are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

8. Modifications

LearnAllNow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
